Trustpilot reviewer confirms: "Real company name Tradespex Ltd — these gentlemen and lady on the phone fooled her at every turn, charging her approximately £600 for a routine fix which they oversold as an urgent lock change." ADDITIONAL FRAUD: Follow-up visit guaranteed free of charge on phone — then charged approximately £200 on arrival. INVOICE EVIDENCE: Email address on invoice inactive.
