What we know

INVOICE NAME MISMATCH CONFIRMED. Consumer contacted locksmith and was invoiced on Lock Serv Ltd paperwork — not Sam Locks. Confirmed on Trustpilot review for lockserv.co.uk: "Company I contacted was Sam Locks in Dorking but invoiced on Lock Serv Ltd paper. He lied, he said he'd replaced the inner parts of my very expensive conservatory door as handle wasn't working properly." NOTE: Lock Serv Locksmiths (lockserv.co.uk) — a legitimate company — has posted a prominent warning on their own Trustpilot page stating: "Another company has been impersonating Lock Serv Locksmiths and overcharging customers. They are NOT connected to us in any way." Action Fraud reference issued: RF26050263929C. If you have been affected contact Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 quoting this reference. Also report to Trading Standards 0808 223 1133.
