What we know

INVOICE NAME MISMATCH CONFIRMED. Trustpilot reviewer: "We were invoiced from a company called General Services, so we left a review on Trustpilot for General Services before realising that this business has multiple phone numbers and websites, but is in fact the same company carrying out the same scam." Operates as Locksmaster — bills as General Services — deliberately obscuring identity. Threatening behaviour confirmed: "They slammed the phone down after telling me don't pay him and we will give your number out to all the locksmiths in London so they won't come to you." Lone female customer felt intimidated. Quoted ÂŖ49, charged ÂŖ300. Note: distinct from legitimate Lockmaster.co.uk (MBDIY) who have publicly warned consumers about this company.
