What we know

Bait and switch confirmed in public Google Maps review: "They came quickly and did the job of unlocking the door very well for £150 plus VAT. My porch door lock was the problem. I asked the locksmith to install the lock which they did, install a medium security lock but brazenly overcharged me for £220 (plus VAT and installation charges). This lock was worth £34 in B&Q. Never ask them to install locks after breaking the one." Lock marked up from £34 retail to £220 — 547% markup. Overcharging confirmed from independent public review. 4.3 star rating with 6 reviews — suspicious mix of positive and negative. First detected August 2026.
